Jorge L. Martin

Jorge is a Business Development Executive with proven expertise for the last 45 years in all facets of retail brands, including strategic market analysis, leasing, portfolio management, construction, project entitlements, logistics, purchasing, design, prototype development/rollout, and facilities maintenance.

He is performance-driven, confident, creative, thinks outside the box, and has a solid record of accomplishment. He always delivers projects on time and on budget. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Jorge has held senior management positions in numerous prestigious firms such as:

Vice President of Real Estate at Perfumania and The Fragrance Outlet. North America's largest discount fragrance retailers, 2011 to 2024.
Vice President of Real Estate and Construction at The Art of Shaving. A trophy men’s grooming brand was purchased by Procter & Gamble from 2006 to 2011.
Vice President of Real Estate and Construction at NationsRent. North America's 3rd largest equipment and tool rental company, 1989 to 2006.
Director of Development and Franchising, Blockbuster Entertainment, a Viacom Company, 1999 to 2006 & International Development and New Asia Pacific Territories, 1995 to 1999.
Director of Construction and Franchising, Blockbuster Entertainment Latin America, a Viacom Company, 1991 to 1995.
